With over 6 years of experience in collections, Brittney’s skillset strengthens the recovery team.
Emotional intelligence is a fundamental aspect of AMR and Brittney’s core strength.
Her time working in medical collections gave her an understanding of the importance of empathy when working with people facing challenging financial situations. She built meaningful, compassionate connections while helping others navigate the payment process.
Brittney’s decision to join AMR was driven by our reputation and commitment to excellence. She knew of the AMR team long before joining us.

Brittney’s education and certifications consist of:
- Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Management and Marketing
- Professional Collections Specialist Certification from the International Association of Credit and Collections Professionals
Brittney is also a wife and mom. When she’s not helping people through her work, she enjoys swimming, mystery novels and maintaining an active lifestyle.
